“ My teaching philosophy centers around three key elements: determination, dedication, and discipline. Determination: Like any other endeavor, playing the piano requires perseverance and patience to master the skill of percussing the keys with utmost precision. This requires rigorous practice sessions and analysis of the material for the performer to deliver expected results. the product of determination does not restrict to the senses only but becomes an intense aural experience. Dedication: It takes time to master an instrument or any skill at that. Dedication in playing the piano brought out the best in me. Discipline: A product of determination and dedication. I am a teacher and musician I am now because of the discipline I have invested. This was also made possible because of the inspiration of my musical influences.
Roxanne Tello - Olson began her piano education at the age of six with his father as her mentor. She was a student at Music World School for over ten years, and during that time she won various musical awards including 1st place in the teacher’s level recital competition and were featured in their local news. In preparation for teaching students of her own she underwent methodologist of teacher training in the Philippines and Japan. As a musician in the Philippines, she encouraged her students to participate in national and international music competitions. As a passionate and experienced teacher in piano, and music, she strives to have a positive influence on her students’ learning and works to adjust with their needs. Roxanne is a licensed educator and holds a Masters degree in Finance. She has enjoyed sharing her musical talents at wedding ceremonies and other special celebration in Tokyo , Japan ( one of her favorite travel destinations ) and in the Philippine regions. In addition to her love of music, Roxanne is passionate about fashion and design. She is married to Brandon Olson who studied Vocal Opera Performance at De Paul University in Chicago. He teaches voice and is a member of the FUMC choir. He finds time to teach music over and above his duties as an Air Force Tech Sergeant and a husband to Roxanne and a father to Charlotte and Alexa who are music enthusiast and a member of Illinois Music Education Association (ILMEA) Symphony Orchestra as first violinist. “

Aadhya Ganesh

Aadhya Ganesh is a music and arts enthusiast. She enjoys drawing and listening to music. At present, she's taking intermediate lessons under the tutelage of Ms. Roxanne T. Olson. Her remarkable interest and progress made her join Perfect Melody as a part time piano teacher handling beginners class.

Barun Sinha
Bass, Guitar, Piano, Ukulele, Drums
Multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, session artist, teacher, singer and songwriter, Barun Sinha has been learning instruments since an early age and has focused his attention on the bass guitar and music production. Well- versed with multiple genres, his specialties lie in the genre of Progressive Rock, Alternative Rock, and Indie. Having started out his career in NewDelhi, India , as a performer and composer, he is nowbased out of the USA, working as an audio engineer, music producer and teacher Perfect Melody Music School.

Ella Blackowicz is a passionate young artist. She enjoys teaching and serves as an inspiration to all.
Lu Witzig
Piano
Lu Witzig received her master’s degree in piano performance and collaborative piano at Illinois state university. She has been working at Illinois Wesleyan university as a piano instructor and staff accompanist since 2012. She has held hundreds of recitals as a chamber musician and soloist. She also loves traveling and enjoys spending time with her family.
Owen Mari L. Domondon
Piano, Electone/Keyboard
Owen Mari completed his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing in his hometown, Baguio City, Philippines. He is a registered nurse and is presently pursuing a Masters degree in Guidance and Counseling. He is a government employee and a part time nursing faculty in one of the universities in Baguio City. He has been teaching piano and electone for 24 years now.
